While shopping for the ingredients to make these healthy dog treats, I recommend using organic, natural ingredients if possible. The best thing about making meals and treats for your dog is that you can leave out all of the unnecessary preservatives and artificial ingredients found in commercial products.
Preheat your oven to 200˚ F.
Slice the zucchini into rounds that are about ⅛” thick. Lay the slices on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush each slice with egg white. You can grate the kibble or treats over the sliced zucchini or use a food processor to grind them into powder.
Bake the treats in your 200˚ oven for about 4 hours. You may need to bake them a little longer if they aren’t completely dried out after 4 hours.
