My dogs were able to sample every flavor, and they loved every one! The protein source is the first ingredient in every recipe, and you can smell it as soon as you open the package. The odor entices both of our dogs before their bowls even hit the floor.
Each recipe includes New Zealand Green Mussels, which are a natural source of glucosamine, chondroitin, and Omega 3 & 6 oils.
The protein sources are always from free-range farms and raised without hormones or growth promotants. 100% of the meat and seafood in Ziwi Peak recipes are sourced from New Zealand.
This food is high in protein and kilocalories, which won't be suitable for all dogs. If this diet is a good choice for your Fido, you can feed smaller portions than with most other commercial dog food products due to the high nutritional density.
Ziwi Peak Air Dried Dog Food includes 96% meat and/or organ meat and 3% green-lipped mussels.
