What would you do if you knew today was your last day with your dog?
TikTok user Niyah Belmont (username: @daniyahmb) made it a fun and memorable one for her and her pup Kane, a 13-year-old pitbull-mastiff mix.
Kane was diagnosed with a fast-spreading tumor, which, unfortunately, means he didn't have much time left.
Niyah started their last day together by making a bacon and egg breakfast for Kane, which he happily indulged.
Then they went to Petco for some dried treats and a puppy ice cream, plus a Puppuccino for him and Niyah's other dog, Kali.
Niyah also didn't let the day pass without making timeless memorabilia out of Kane's paw.
Then, it was time for Kane's final car ride to the rainbow bridge.
As sad and heartbreaking this day might be, we are happy that Kane get to enjoy it with his human.
