As you can see in my video review above, our canvas looks just like our chocolate Labrador. They got all of the details on Saddie's face, even in the white hair around her muzzle.
These aren't hand painted pieces of art. They consist of an acid-free, PH neutral, poly-cotton base printed on textured and fade-resistant canvas that is OBA-free. The solid wood stretcher bars are hand-glued, and every canvas comes with mounting brackets.
If you choose to order one of these canvases, you'll need to do so on the company's website. They also offer shirts, socks, phone cases, fleece blankets and other products that you can get your pet's face on. All you have to do is upload a photo with your order, and they'll customize your product.
There are 3 Personalize My Pup canvas sizes to choose from:
- small – 12″ x 16″
- medium – 16″ x 20″
- large – 24″ x 36″
The canvas wrap featured in my video review is a 16″ x 20″ size. You can get a custom piece of art with multiple pets too! As long as all of your pets can fit in a photo that meets Personalize My Pup's requirements, they can put them on a canvas.
There are dozens of backgrounds to choose from. I chose the crown background, because Saddie is the queen of our house! There are also solid colors, pop culture designs, floral prints, mosaics, and you can even create a canvas with a custom text background.
You'll get a proof sent to you via email, and Personalize My Pup won't print your canvas until you approve the proof. The only drawback to these prints is the cost. Depending on the size that you order, they range in price from $119.99-$199.99. Additional pets cost $9.99 extra.
U.S. orders take about 1-2 weeks to ship, and international orders take about 2-3 weeks. This is expected for a custom product. But, be sure that you order in advance if you're ordering a gift that needs to arrive by a certain date.
