DIY Whitening Dog Shampoo Recipe

Pour 1/2 cup regular dish soap into the bottle first. If you would like to add fragrance to your shampoo, choose a scented soap. Also, try to find a dish soap that is formulated to be gentle on the skin.
Add 1/2 cup of white or apple cider vinegar to the bottle. Either type will work the same, so use whichever type you prefer. Pour 1/2 cup water into the mixture. The water will help to thin the shampoo so it is easier to apply. The water will also help to dilute the smell of the vinegar.
Add 2 tablespoons of liquid bluing to the shampoo. This product usually comes in a small bottle in the laundry section of your supermarket. You can also order it online if you can't find it in your local store.
Finally, add 2 tablespoons of liquid glycerin to your DIY whitening dog shampoo. You can find it in most drug stores or order it online. This ingredient will help to keep your dog's skin and coat moisturized and shiny.
Shake your whitening shampoo vigorously before each use. Remember to always shake the bottle before using the shampoo as the liquids are of different densities, so they will form separate layers in the bottle each time the mixture settles.
