Review: Petcurean GO! Solutions Wet Dog Food

Many experts would agree that a wet diet is better for dogs than dry kibble. While they can both offer a nutritionally balanced diet, wet food has higher water content. It's usually more nutrient dense, too. Petcurean GO! Solutions is taking the wet food game up to a whole new level by offering a variety of recipes for dogs that need a specific diet.

Dry kibble is the most common diet fed to domesticated dogs, because it is convenient and inexpensive. Wet food offers the same convenience, but it is almost always more expensive than it's dry counterpart. However, wet food is also easier on your dog's digestive tract.

If you're considering a wet food diet to entice a picky eater or to add some moisture to your dog's dry dinner, you can use wet food as a topper instead of a full meal. This will cut down on the cost and add a little variety to your pet's food.

Petcurean GO! Solutions is made by a company that specializes in making premium pet foods that are formulated by their trusted team of nutrition scientists. It's not a cheap option, but the nutrition their foods offer is top-quality. That's why I wanted to check out Petcurean GO! Solutions wet dog food – to see if the quality is worth the added expense.

Petcurean GO! Solutions Review

This dog food line from Petcurean is available in both wet and dry formulas. It is designed to meet the nutritional levels established by the Association of American Feed Control Officials Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for All Life Stages – including large breeds and puppies.

This dog food is made with non-GMO ingredients. All of the recipes include 0% by-product meals, added growth hormones, artificial preservatives, wheat, corn or soy. I only tested the wet food, and as you can see in my video review, our dogs loved all of the recipes!

GO! Solutions wet dog food is available in 3 different varieties:

  • Carrnivore – rich in protein and grain-free
  • Sensitivities – limited ingredient
  • Skin & Coat – made with omega oils for skin and coat health

You can see a full list of ingredients for each recipe on the company's website.

Full list of ingredients for the Carnivore: Gain-Free Chicken, Turkey and Duck Stew is: de-boned chicken, chicken broth, turkey broth, chicken liver, potatoes, sweet potatoes, tapioca, de-boned turkey, duck, apples, salmon oil, tricalcium phosphate, flaxseed, salt, potassium chloride, vitamins (vitamin A supplement, vitamin D3 supplement, vitamin E supplement, niacin, d-calcium pantothenate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, biotin, vitamin B12 supplement), minerals (zinc proteinate, iron proteinate, copper proteinate, manganese proteinate, calcium iodate, selenium yeast), taurine and choline chloride.

Before I do business with a company, I always do my research to make sure they are reputable. This is especially important to me when it comes to the food that I feed my family (including the furry members).

Not only does Petcurean pride themselves on offering premium quality pet food, they also have a commitment to sustainability.

Their wet food products come in Tetra Pak cartons that are sustainable and 100% recyclable. I also like the fact that the container is reclosable, which is convenient if you're only planning to use it as a snack or food topper.

As with any high-quality dog food made with top-quality ingredients, the price of GO! Solutions foods won't fit into everyone's budget. You can purchase a 12-pack on Amazon for $51.99 ($4.33 per container). If you shop around online and/or check your local pet store, you may be able to find a better deal than that.

No matter where you purchase it, this dog food is not an inexpensive option. However, it is comparable in price to products of a similar quality. If you can't afford to switch to a high quality dog food like this one, you could use it as a food topper to give your dog a boost in nutrition without breaking your budget.
